Working with Centrica, Louise led the netdecisions' team which devised a content-led strategy and a major redesign of the Automobile Association's website. Theaa.com included traffic news delivered by SMS and email and the popular Routefinder which generates directions and maps. We ran extensive user tests and defined a new look and feel and navigation. After the redesign theaa.com tripled site visits attracting 30 million visitors per month. The site includes online hotel information and booking and shopping for products like membership, finance and insurance. Theaa.com won the E-commerce Strategy of the Year from New Media Age, the Revolution award for the Most Innovative Online Business and was runner up in Technology Initiative of the Year in The Insurance Times Awards.
