Creative Common Sense was founded in 2004 by Louise McElvogue, a specialist in content, usability and website strategy. We draw on a network of experts in marketing, usability and technology.

Louise worked in the senior management team of netdecisions and Agilisys from 1999- 2004 where she established an award-winning Customer Experience practice, ran a range of internal departments and led cross-functional project teams on over 20 digital and strategy projects. Louise is retained as a netdecisions Associate. Awards included the New Media Age E-commerce Strategy of the Year, Revolution award for the Most Innovative Online Business, Best Integration of Media and Best Business Design
